Eric Arceneaux’s love for food is palatable. A Louisiana native, Eric is now the executive chef at The City Club of Baton Rouge. Eric celebrates Louisiana culture and traditions through his cooking, and he feels as if, for him, there is no other option. When Eric looks out The City Club’s kitchen window, he sees the state capitol and a cathedral. It’s as though the whole state and God are watching him as he cooks, so he feels he simply must have local produce and seafood on The City Club’s menu. It is an exciting thing to talk to someone so passionate about what he is doing.
