We had this potluck in the Fall of 2011. It was such a wonderful evening. The event was simply a way to gather likeminded people together and celebrate local food and food traditions. The company was wonderful, the weather was great, and the food was divine. From a mixed green salad all grown on The Slow Food Farm, to Abita Beer, to the real star of the night - Chef Fred Heurtin's sous vide Ryal's pork belly served hot with Bud Bunton's baby arugala salad. It was out of this world.
